I didn't set out to build a diagnostic framework.

I set out to figure out why smart, capable people kept hitting the same wall.

I came into the online business world in 2023 with twenty years of customer service behind me and exactly zero online business experience.

I did what everyone does. I bought the courses. I followed the strategies. I tried the things.

And most of them didn't fit me either.

But here's what I noticed while I was in the middle of all of it: the problem wasn't the education. The courses taught what they promised to teach. The problem was that everyone was being handed the same model and told to make it work, regardless of who they were, how they worked, or what actually mattered to them.

I watched it happen over and over again. Intelligent, driven people spinning out not because they lacked skill or commitment, but because nobody had ever stopped to ask whether the model they were following was actually built for someone like them.

That pattern has a name. I call it misfit. And it's a lot more common than anyone talks about.

Today I work inside some of the most active online business communities around, supporting founders at every stage and watching up close what actually moves people forward versus what keeps them stuck.

I live just north of Toronto with my husband and our four kids.

Life is full, loud, and full of school runs and sports schedules, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
